10/8/12 - Cold and windy again, ran 8.43
10/9/12 - Ran 2.25 + lift
10/10/12 - Ran 11 x 400's at 9.7mph, last 2 together, total 7.5m
10/11/12 - Ran 2.25 + lift
10/12/12 - Ran 8.45 m
10/13/12 - Petoskey. Ran 1.0 after a 600 mile drive. FUN! Also, today was the Zombie Pub Crawl, first one we've missed in 5 years! :(
